Step IFlexing the curve:
The initial idea was to create parabolic curves whose curvature could be changed depending on the user's needs. While trying to create the curves, I realized that Revit does not support a tangent lock for ellipses and the only way I could use that feature was by using a circle. The order in which I locked the planes and added the parameters made a world of difference. Locking the lines to the reference planes did not help, and locking the center of the circle to a reference plane did not help my project goals either. By my fifth iteration, I got my curve working, flexing exactly as I wanted it to. All I needed to do was add the profile.
